Extensive Germany formation experience
HCR 德富佳 | Company formation and business support in Germany
ABOUT HCRHCR 德富佳 (hcr-bc) has 12 years of on-the-ground experience in Frankfurt, helping companies from Taiwan, China and overseas enter Germany. The work covers company formation, administration, tax, accounting and support after the company is running.
Forming a company in Germany takes local law, commercial registration and tax, plus a team that can handle language, paperwork and cross-border communication.
HCR 德富佳 keeps formation and later operations in one service, so the setup is easier to manage and the business can move into Germany and Europe.

Three differences
12 years in Germany
The formation process, the administration and the business environment are familiar ground.
From formation to operations
Accounting, tax and business administration continue after the company exists.
Chinese communication, local execution
Less lost in translation, with the German work done on site.
How we see the work
The aim is not only to form a German company, but to stay with it so the business can operate there steadily.
That is the difference between HCR 德富佳 and a service that only registers the company.

Advantages of working with HCR
We combine registered address, accounting, legal and business operations in one service. You do not need to travel to Germany. The greatest benefit is that you can focus on your business while we handle German tax and legal matters.
Many law firms only form the company. Hiring a German tax advisor typically starts at EUR 250 per hour, and a lawyer at EUR 350. With HCR you also receive a registered address in major German cities plus ongoing tax, business and legal advice after formation.
How should you choose a provider?
Compare not only price, but the support you receive after incorporation. Forming a company in Germany is the first step toward international management, not just paperwork.
If you are the managing director, we recommend contracting with a team that knows German tax accountants and lawyers, so you can develop your German business with confidence.
HCR International Business walks the path to success with you.
OUR STRENGTHWhat sets us apart is our focus on business, tax and legal support, with practical solutions and risk control for tax, operations and people management. We pursue the best service with energy and care, solving problems together with our clients.

COMPANY REGISTRATIONThe paperwork is complex. HCR International Business handles it for you—faster and more accurately than doing it alone.

Registered addresses in major German cities
We provide company addresses in major German cities. Office, mail handling, scanning and translation can be managed centrally and quickly.
Advantages of a UG: minimum share capital of only one euro
GmbH / UGA limited company is a good fit if
- You want to incorporate at the lowest possible cost
- You want more managerial freedom and fewer formalities
- You do not plan a major expansion or IPO
- You are considering a family business
- You run a small business
- You plan consumer-facing services (German online shop, restaurant, salon, etc.)
Benefits of a GmbH
1Share capital
A GmbH requires a minimum share capital of EUR 25,000.
2Shorter setup time
A GmbH does not require the detailed articles and director-appointment formalities of a stock corporation, so procedures can be completed more quickly.
3Lower running costs and simpler formalities
Directors have no fixed term, so reappointment filings are not required (stock corporations incur reappointment fees when terms expire).
4Flexible profit distribution
Profit sharing can be decided flexibly, not strictly by shareholding. Shareholder meetings are not always required, so decisions can be made quickly.
Drawbacks of a UG
1Lower recognition
Compared with a stock corporation, a UG still has lower name recognition and perceived credit. Hiring may be harder, and some counterparties may prefer not to trade with a UG.
Why choose our tax advisors?
TAX & ACCOUNTINGA stronger first year
Build your foundation in year one
Almost every owner signs a tax-advisor mandate after incorporation. Accounting advice covers tax, year-end closing and returns—and, most importantly, support for management issues. Choosing a reliable partner matters.

What HCR International Business supports
Support (1) Monthly review after trial balance
Trial balances mainly mean the balance sheet (B/S) and profit and loss statement (P/L). A monthly trial balance is like a health check. We review:
- Assets, liabilities and equity
- Cash on hand
- Whether surplus funds are invested
- Sales, purchases and cost ratios
- Personnel costs, other expenses and operating profit
To grow profit and assets, these items matter even when results look healthy. Many tax advisors only close the books and do not provide monthly trial balances. HCR focuses on management support and provides data you can actually use.
Support (2) Tax efficiency and management advice
Tax planning and management advice are not a tax advisor’s basic duty. HCR actively proposes ways to keep funds in the company. Cash flow, cost reduction and analysis are in our hands.
Support (3) Bookkeeping fundamentals
A German managing director needs basic accounting and tax knowledge. Local accountants are not obliged to teach this, so other firms often charge extra. If you mandate us for bookkeeping, we provide basic accounting and tax guidance to help tax-office reviews go smoothly.
Support (4) Basic tax advice with no extra fee — licensed tax accountants
Other German tax offices often charge EUR 250 per hour. HCR does not charge extra for basic questions unless the matter is specialised. Licensed tax accountants familiar with audits handle your files.
Support (5) Correspondence translation
Besides preparing books for a licensed tax advisor, we include letter translation and basic guidance on official correspondence.
Support (6) Free HR, legal and marketing advice
HCR is a combined office of tax advisors, lawyers and web designers. Since 2014 we have added bookkeeping and staffing support. Because we sit in one firm, we can respond quickly. Tax-mandate clients may consult other departments at no extra charge.
Support (7) Registered addresses in major German cities
Berlin, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Freiburg and more. Office, mail scanning and translation can be managed in one place.
We commit to the support you need.

Questions about opening a company in Germany
FAQBefore you open a company in Germany, the usual questions are whether you must travel, how to choose a GmbH or UG, and how the registered address and tax work. The answers follow how HCR handles the formation.
Do I have to travel to Germany to open a company?
No. You do not have to travel to Germany. The managing director has the signature notarised at a consulate, and our legal advisors handle the German notary and company registration. Formation is typically completed about one month after the documents are complete.
How can someone from Taiwan open a company in Germany?
Start with a free consultation by Zoom, phone or LINE to choose a GmbH or UG, the city and the timing. Then prepare the documents, confirm the company name and payment, complete consulate notarisation and the articles, and we handle notarisation and registration in Germany.
What is the difference between a GmbH and a UG in Germany?
A GmbH needs minimum share capital of 25,000 euro. A UG can be formed with minimum share capital of 1 euro, which suits a small business that wants a lower setup cost. A UG is usually less well known, and some business partners are less willing to deal with it.
How long does it take to open a company in Germany?
Registration is typically completed about one month after the documents are complete. Consulate notarisation and document delivery can change the timing. Book a free consultation and tell us your target formation date.
Which German cities can I use for the registered address?
You can register a company address in Berlin, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Freiburg and other German cities. The service includes the registered address, mail scanning and letter translation.
Can I use Frankfurt as the registered address of a German company?
Yes. The HCR office in Germany is at Sontraer Straße 9, 60386 Frankfurt am Main. We also arrange registered addresses in Berlin, Stuttgart, Hamburg and Freiburg.
How do tax and bookkeeping work after the company is formed?
After you open a company in Germany, accounting and tax can stay with our partner tax advisors. On our plan, monthly accounting starts at 200 euro and the annual closing starts at 1,200 euro. Basic tax questions are included in the monthly fee. Other German tax firms often charge 250 euro per hour for tax advice.
How is HCR different from asking a law firm only to incorporate?
Many law firms only form the company. HCR can also provide the registered address, tax and accounting, and legal and business support, so you do not separately hire tax advice from 250 euro per hour and legal advice from 350 euro per hour.
Do I need my own Zoom account to discuss opening a company in Germany?
No. For a Zoom consultation you only need a computer or phone with internet access. You can also use another tool, or speak by phone or LINE.
What is the first step to open a company in Germany?
The first step is a free consultation. Tell us the company type, the German city for the registered address, and your target date. We then explain notarisation, the articles and registration.
